Whether you're a complete beginner or an Olympic athlete, our training information covers all requirements, irrespective of age or fitness.
The first place to start is probably the Indoor Rowing Training Guide. Over 200 pages long, and with a host of top contributors that include former BBC Coach of the Year Jurgen Grobler and three-times Olympic rowing coach Terry O'Neill, the Guide is a comprehensive look at everything to do with indoor rowing, covering things such as technique, nutrition, weight-training and building your own fitness programme.
There's plenty of other information to discover on this site as well. The Technique and Training Tips sections are useful to make sure you get your technique correct: doing so will enable you to exercise more efficiently and safely. The Motivation page, meanwhile, contains a downloadable sheet created by top sporting psychologists to help you attain your goals. Our Interactive Training Programmes are designed to give you a basic personalised programme to help you either lose weight or improve your 2,000m time, while our Ask an Expert section has a few of the topics that have been asked about in our email newsletter.
Hopefully, you should be able to find the answer to any questions you might have somewhere on this site. If you don't, however, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do the best we can to help.
