ITV’s The Biggest Loser 2012 final climaxed with its largest ever-combined total weight loss. The eventual winner Kevin McLernon who started out as the biggest loser’s heaviest contestant in the show’s history, weighed in on the first programme at a whopping 32st 2lbs but went on to lose an incredible 12st 2lb with a proven diet and exercise regime over the course of 6 months.
In The Biggest Loser house Kevin was introduced to the Concept2 Indoor Rower, which enabled him to constantly train at comfortable level in order to build up his fitness and stamina without risk of injury. After 8 gruelling weeks on the show, it was now time to continue his exercise programme by himself and his weapon of choice was of course the rower, below he tells us what the Biggest Loser experience was like and how the Concept2 helped him lose weight.
