This Guide outlines the application of the Suunto t6 technology to the measurement of indoor
rowing training performance. The guide defines some of the more important terms used,
shows you how to establish your own personal physiological fingerprint for input into the
Suunto Training Manager PC Software, explains how to get started and shows you how to
interpret the data using examples from real rowing sessions.

There is no charge for a specified working day delivery throughout mainland GB. You can select further delivery options later on in the checkout process. These are: before midday for £15 or Saturday delivery costs £25.
