RowPro is rowing software designed exclusively for users of Concept2 Indoor Rowers. Using next-generation technologies, RowPro provides a highly realistic on-water rowing simulation in true 3D, tracking each stroke you take on the Indoor Rower in real-time while you row. The RowPro software includes:
Rowing Plans
RowPro provides a lifetime supply of high-quality rowing plans for fitness, weight control and competition. A built-in wizard tailors each plan to your rowing goals, physiology and rowing experience. Each workout is set up by RowPro directly onto your Concept2 PM3 or PM4 Performance Monitor.
Logbook
RowPro records every stroke as you row via a USB cable between your PM3 / PM4 and your RowPro PC. Each row is automatically recorded in your personal logbook, where you can view, filter and analyse your results, plus you can upload results direct to your Concept2 online logbook.
Technique Coaching
RowPro has a state-of-the-art 3D coaching clinic where you can watch an Oarsman perform excellent stroke technique in slow motion, and learn the key parts of the stroke from Olympic rowing coach Brian Hawthorne.
Online Rowing
RowPro enables you to connect your PC to the Internet and row live with other people anywhere in the world in real time. Online rowing is free for RowPro users and includes membership in an online rowing club named Oarbits where you create and join scheduled sessions, view results and contact others.
RowPro is designed to be simplicity itself, with just a few clicks for all the standard operations. For more advanced rowers, RowPro can be customised to do almost anything you want.

This licence gives 2 users on one PC full access to the RowPro software for 12 months.
What you can do with RowPro:
- Improve your rowing technique - match your stroke technique to the on-screen Oarsman who paces you stroke for stroke and coaches you in excellent stroke technique while you row.
- Improve your performance - whether you're a beginner or an elite rower, use the built-in training plan wizard to create a professional training plan for peak rowing performance.
- Let your PC do the thinking while you row - with just a few clicks, your PC can set up simple and complex rows directly onto your PM4, PM3 or PM2+ (please see the USB Information page on concept2.com for more information on using the PM2+) and record results as you row.
- Track your target zones - set up target zones for Heartrate, Pace and Stroke Rate, and use the on-screen charts to stay within the marked target zones as you row.
- Track your progress - with each row automatically saved in your personal digital rowing log, you can track and chart your progress with just a click of your mouse.
- Spice up your rowing! - with just a few clicks, you can set up an exciting virtual race using advanced pace boats, your own past rows, and rows saved by other people on the Concept2 Online Ranking.
- Join the worldwide sport - Experience the magic of live Internet Racing with other people around the world, and upload your rowing log entries direct to Concept2 online.
