Heart rate training is a safe and accurate training method for all ages and levels of fitness.
In order for your heart rate to be displayed on the PM2, PM2+, PM3 or PM4 monitor when wearing a Polar or Suunto Dual (or compatible) chestbelt whilst rowing, it is necessary to purchase the Heart Rate Interface. The PM4 can display your heart rate without the need for the HRI but only with an ANT belt such Suunto.

Expanded Polystyrene Recycling
Concept2 ships Indoor Rowers using recyclable expanded polystyrene (EPS) packaging. There are now a number of EPS recyclers around the UK.
