Concept2 Servicing & Repair
Concept2 are now pleased to offer a callout service for your Concept2 Indoor Rower* via our servicing partner company Indoor Sport Services. This service is available for all models of Concept2 Indoor Rowers, SkiErgs and Dynos. There are two services available, prices exclude parts and VAT:
- Servicing - £85 per machine
- Repair Only - £85 (includes first hour labour charge, £50 for each additional hour or part thereof)
To book a callout please fill in the form below and we will contact you to arrange a visit.
Please note: we will require payment or an official purchase order made out to Indoor Sport Services (same address as Concept2) to be faxed or emailed prior to our engineer's visit.
*This service is only available on the GB mainland and is not covered by the warranty, nor is it available for monitor only repairs, in these instances we can send out the necessary items or you can send it back to us for repair, please see the Returns page for details.
