If you have a product that you need to return to Concept2 for exchange, refund, repair* or servicing*, either under warranty or otherwise, please use the form below to generate your Returns Reference, and then send the item to us using a secure method.
*Repairs and servicing will be carried out by our servicing partner company Indoor Sport Services.
†If a monitor is unrepairable, the cost of the repair will be offset against the cost a new monitor. PM1 and PM2 monitors are no longer supported and cannot be repaired.
