Office Hours
Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Outside of that time, you can leave a message on our answerphone system or email info@concept2.co.uk
Buy Online
Our online shop is open all hours allowing you to buy at any time or browse our huge range of rowing accessories and clothing lines.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery Monday-Friday for the Indoor Rower throughout mainland Great Britain. Saturday delivery and delivery for destinations outside of mainland GB are also available but may cost extra. All prices on the site are inclusive of VAT. Postage and packing is £4.50 on all accessory & parts orders.
Payment Plans
For those purchasing an Indoor Rower or Slides, we offer a range of payment options:
- Buy Now Pay Later - pay nothing for 6 months
- 3 or 4 Year Interest Bearing Loans (18.9%)

Hire Scheme
For people who only need a machine for a limited period of time or who wish to try one out before purchasing, Concept 2 has a hire scheme for the Indoor Rower Models D and E. The monthly hire cost for these are as follows (minimum hire period of one month):- Indoor Rower Model D: £35 a month - hire only
- Indoor Rower Model D: £40 a month - hire to buy
- Indoor Rower Model E: £50 a month - hire only
- Indoor Rower Model E: £60 a month - hire to buy
