Category Winners
Points are awarded within each gender/age category based on your team's performance. As the rounds progress league tables are created throughout the League. The winners of each category at the end of the series will be awarded a trophy and gold, silver and bronze medals will be going to the second and third placed teams.
Bonus Round
Since its inception at the end of the 2007/8 season, the Concept2 League Bonus Round has had one of the best take-ups of the whole league. This year's bonus round will again be a 2,012m challenge. Relay teams of 4 will again race to cover the distance as quickly as possible with each rower doing a quarter of the distance on the same Concept2 rowing machine.
You don't need to have taken part in the rest of the league to be eligible for the bonus round, all you need to do is simply enter your results on the website before the deadline. There will be one prize each for the first primary and secondary schools to be drawn at random from all teams that enter - so it's not simply about being the fastest, your school stands a greater chance of winning the more teams it enters.
