Ordering Information

Order Payments

All orders placed online will need to be paid for by credit or debit card. Transactions are processed through the SagePay (formerly ProTX) secure server, and are deferred payments. This means the value of the order is authorised against your card but no payment is taken until the order is processed for despatch by Concept2.

Equipment Despatch

Despatch will be within 2-28 days of order acceptance although most orders are despatched within 7 days. Delivery is by third party and therefore timing can not be guaranteed. Please note that we are unable to deliver Indoor Rowers to either a BFPO address or a PO Box number.

Clothing, Literature, Accessory and Parts Despatch

Indoor Rower Delivery

Delivery is from date of despatch. Delivery is by third party and therefore timing can not be guaranteed. There is no charge for the standard specified working day (Monday-Friday) delivery of the Concept2 Indoor Rower throughout mainland Great Britain. Next day delivery is available on Indoor Rower orders placed before midday Monday to Friday. AM and Saturday delivery options are available for an extra charge and delivery for destinations outside of the mainland Great Britain are available on request. Contact us for details and price. Some areas of Scotland are excluded from the before midday and Saturday services.

Free Gifts with Indoor Rowers

All customers ordering an Indoor Rower online are entitled to a free British Indoor Rowing Championship entry. To claim you free entry you will need to go to Your Account in the shop and follow the link to the entry form.

Parts & Accessories Delivery

Delivery to any mainland Great Britain address is £4.50 per order for orders under £25 or free on orders of £25 or more. Delivery to offshore, Ireland or Northern Ireland addresses are the same unless the order weight is over 2Kg, where courier delivery is required. Please contact us for details.

Delivery to any mainland Great Britain address is £4.50 per order via standard Royal Mail First Class. You can opt for Special Delivery at £7.50 per order by selecting it in Your Basket - Special Delivery is a guaranteed next working day delivery service from the Royal Mail. Special Delivery orders received by midday on any weekday will be despatched that day. Orders received after midday will be processed the next working day. Delivery to offshore, Ireland or Northern Ireland addresses are the same as standard GB delivery unless the order weight is over 2Kg, where courier delivery is required. Money Back Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

All Concept2 products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product within this period, please notify us and then return the product for a full refund.

Warranty

All Concept2 products come with a parts only warranty. Notify us, within the warranty period, of any defect occurring and we'll supply you with a replacement part free of charge on our receipt of the defective part. See the warranty for more information.

Maintenance

Concept2 products are designed to require the minimum of maintenance. Spare parts are supplied with full instructions via the postal service upon receipt of payment by cheque, credit card or debit card order. See the rower maintenance pages for more information.
